Rental Terms

• Weekly and Monthly reservations.
  • $1330 per week - $190 per night during peak season
  • $1050 per week - $150 per night during off season.
  • 3 night minimum (Possibly less in the off season.  Please contact us.)
  • Taxes not included
  • Peak Seasons: May 15 - Sept 15; Dec 20 - Jan 5.
  • Check in is after 2:00 PM. 
  • Check out is 10:00 AM.
• $250 Deposit required for reservations as a security deposit.
  • Deposits will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of home.

• Cash or checks only. Sorry, we do not have a charge card service at this time.
• Deposits are fully refundable if notice is given one month prior to arrival.
  • If notice is received less than one month prior to rental, the deposit will only be refunded if the home is rented for the week of the original reservation.
• No smoking.  Pets possible. Contact us.
